Intensives
For many people, traditional weekly sessions simply aren’t enough to break through the patterns that keep them stuck. An intensive creates focused space for deep work, clarity, and meaningful change in a short amount of time.
Instead of spreading the work over months, we dedicate several days to intentional, guided healing.
These intensives are designed for individuals and couples navigating sexual addiction, betrayal trauma, and relational rebuilding.
3-Day Individual Intensives
For individuals seeking focused personal recovery
These intensives are designed for those struggling with compulsive sexual behaviors or betrayed partners who are working to process betrayal trauma and reclaim stability.
Over the course of three days, we work together to understand your story, identify the patterns that keep you stuck, and begin building a clear path forward.
During the intensive we may explore:
• Understanding the roots of addictive or coping behaviors
• Identifying triggers and emotional patterns
• Developing a personalized recovery and safety plan
• Processing betrayal trauma and restoring emotional stability
• Learning tools for emotional regulation and boundaries
• Creating a clear next-step recovery plan
The goal is not simply information. The goal is clarity, direction, and momentum in your healing journey.
Many clients leave a three-day intensive with more progress than they experienced in months of weekly sessions.
5-Day Couples Intensives
For couples navigating sexual addiction recovery and betrayal trauma
When addiction and betrayal impact a relationship, both partners carry deep wounds. Couples intensives create a structured, safe environment to begin addressing those wounds together.
Over five days we work through a carefully guided process that helps couples move from confusion and disconnection toward honesty, understanding, and a plan for rebuilding trust.
This intensive may include:
• Individual sessions with each partner
• Guided couples sessions
• Preparation for formal disclosure (if applicable)
• Processing the impact of betrayal
• Communication and emotional regulation tools
• Establishing relational safety and boundaries
• Developing a long-term recovery and restoration plan
The goal of a couples intensive is not to rush reconciliation, but to create clarity and a foundation for whatever healing path lies ahead.
Is an Intensive Right for You?
Intensives are often helpful for people who:
• Feel stuck in traditional weekly therapy
• Have had a recent discovery and are evaluating whether to continue the relationship
• Want focused time to address painful issues
• Are preparing for disclosure or relationship work
• Are motivated for meaningful change but need structure and guidance
These experiences are intentionally limited so that each client receives focused attention and care.
