Men's Freedom Group

Freedom Group is a weekly, coach-led support group for men committed to breaking porn and sexual compulsivity and rebuilding a life of integrity. Each meeting blends honest check-ins, brief teaching, and practical tools so you can identify triggers, manage emotions, set boundaries, and move through the 12 steps of recovery. You’ll learn how to move from secrecy to honesty, from shame to accountability, and from isolation to brotherhood—without judgment or minimizing. This group is coaching and peer support (not therapy) and is grounded in a faith-friendly, trauma-informed approach.

 

New participants are always welcome.

 

Confidentiality is required so every man has a safe place to tell the truth and grow.

 

You’ll leave with:

• A clear sobriety plan and weekly action steps

• Accountability that’s firm and compassionate

• Skills for emotional regulation and relapse prevention​
