“I don’t know if he’s looking at porn… but something feels different.” That’s a common thing I hear from women who reach out for help. Many of them haven’t discovered pornography. There hasn’t been a dramatic confrontation or a confession. They don’t have screenshots or browser histories. What they have is a growing sense that something in the relationship has changed, and they can’t explain why. They often begin questioning themselves. “Am I just insecure?” “Am I overreactin
